All content on www.wellvesta.in — including the Wellvesta name, logo, product formulations, images, text, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Wellvesta or its licensors. Visitors are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of this website, including:

6. Orders & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Wellvesta reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice
  • An order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud
  • We may require additional verification before processing any order and will contact you if needed
  • We currently ship within India only

7. Payment

We accept all major payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Wellvesta does not store your card or payment details.

8. Payment & Fraud Advisory

Wellvesta does not request payments over phone calls, nor does it ask customers to make payments via QR codes, WhatsApp messages, or payment links sent through messaging platforms.

  • Wellvesta will never ask for your OTP over a call or message under any circumstance
  • For prepaid orders, share your OTP only when the delivery executive is physically present at your doorstep with your parcel
  • For COD orders, make payment only at the time of physical delivery
  • Do not make any additional payment if you have already placed a prepaid order
  • Wellvesta shall not be responsible for any loss arising from payments made in violation of these guidelines

9. Shipping & Delivery

Wellvesta aims to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery timelines vary by location and are shown at checkout. Wellvesta is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Returns, Replacements & Cancellations

All returns, replacements, refunds, and cancellations are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

11. Freebies & Promotional Offers

Any order that does not meet the minimum threshold for a promotional offer is not eligible for the associated free item, even if it appears at checkout, in the order summary, or in a confirmation email. Such items will be automatically removed during processing.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wellvesta, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your use of www.wellvesta.in or your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wellvesta and its associated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this website or our products — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption — whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

In no event shall Wellvesta's total liability to any user exceed the amount paid by that user for the relevant order giving rise to the claim.

14. SMS & Communication Permissions

By creating an account or placing an order, you grant Wellvesta permission to:

  • Send SMS and WhatsApp messages related to your orders, deliveries, and account updates
  • Send promotional communications — you may opt out at any time by contacting our support team

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.

Wellvesta reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. All changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of www.wellvesta.in following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
