Refund Policy
At WELLVESTA, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of our wellness and consumable products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wellvestaofficial@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos of the product
- Description of the issue
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
