Return & Replacement Policy

Wellvesta takes pride in ensuring that every product you receive meets the highest quality standards — formulated with care, tested thoroughly, and delivered with integrity. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Replacement Eligibility
We accept return and replacement requests under the following conditions:
- The request must be raised within 15 days of the delivery date
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact
- The product must be in the same condition as delivered — uncompromised and undamaged by the customer
- Only complete orders may be returned; partial order returns will not be accepted
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Wellvesta will arrange a no-questions-asked replacement at no additional cost, subject to the following:
- The claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The customer must provide a valid unboxing video as proof of the damage or defect
- Clear photographs of the product and outer packaging must also be submitted
- Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched within 5–7 working days
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage by the customer
- Products for which a claim is raised after 15 days of delivery
- Products delivered correctly and matching the original order
- Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales, unless explicitly stated as returnable
4. Refund Method — Store Credit Only
All approved returns will be refunded exclusively as Wellvesta Store Credit, applicable toward any future purchase on www.wellvesta.in.
- Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned product
- No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be processed
- COD shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- Promotional vouchers or discount codes used on returned orders may not be reinstated
5. Inspection Process
Once the returned product is received by Wellvesta, it will be inspected to verify:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The seal and packaging are intact and undamaged
- The product is in the same condition as originally dispatched
Store credit will only be issued once the product passes inspection. Wellvesta reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product dispatched by us
- We recommend using a tracked courier service — Wellvesta will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
- Please allow 10–12 working days for the entire return and replacement process to be completed
7. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 2 working days of placing it. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Wellvesta reserves the right to put an order on hold or cancel it in cases of suspected fraud, pricing inaccuracies, stock unavailability, or insufficient verification. In such cases, any amount charged will be reversed to the original payment source. Promotional vouchers used on cancelled orders may not be refunded.
8. Payment & Fraud Advisory
Wellvesta will never request payments over phone calls, WhatsApp, QR codes, or text message payment links.
- Wellvesta will never ask for your OTP over a call or message
- For prepaid orders, share your OTP only when the delivery executive is physically present at your door with your parcel
- For COD orders, pay only at the time of physical delivery — do not make advance payments
- Do not make additional payments if you have already placed a prepaid order
- Wellvesta shall not be responsible for any loss arising from payments made in violation of these guidelines
9. Final Authority
All decisions regarding returns, replacements, and store credit lie solely with Wellvesta's management. Wellvesta reserves the right to accept or reject any return or replacement request at its discretion. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by this policy.
